You are not coming to Istanbul simply to collect more information. You are coming to turn what you know and what you believe in into action that can be tested, improved, and developed.
You will not come just to listen

Learning does not end with a presentation
The real value lies not in the slides, but in practice, discussion, feedback, collaboration, and producing tangible outputs during the experience.
It does not all end on the final day
Projects will continue to be followed up after the Forum with the lead trainer and a supporting team, helping participants move from an initial output toward implementation and continuous learning.

Why Now?
How many problems do we see every day until they become an ordinary part of the landscape?
A family needs support but does not know where to find it. A young person has potential but no space in which to use it. A promising initiative stops because it never became a system. Valuable experience remains locked within the person who holds it.
The usual question is: Why is nobody doing anything? Community leadership begins when the question changes: What can I see here? And what can I begin to do about it?
You do not need to arrive with a fully developed project. It is enough to bring an issue worth understanding — and a willingness to work with others to turn it into an opportunity for impact.

Networking: From Sharing a Room to Designing Relationships
In the registration form, we ask you: What can you offer? What are you looking for? What issue are you working on? What return do you hope to gain from the Forum?
We will use this information to better understand participants’ interests and capabilities before arrival and to prepare a more intentional networking approach.
The objective is not simply to place people in the same room, but to increase the likelihood that someone with an idea meets someone who can complement it, and that someone leading a project meets someone who can contribute expertise, relationships, or a potential opportunity for collaboration.
The exact networking mechanism will be organised according to the number of participants, their profiles, and the distribution of their expertise. We do not promise an automatic partnership or a guaranteed deal.
Facilitators and Experts
The Forum’s facilitators are recognised for their practical and field experience. Some of them manage or contribute to projects with international reach.

Thinker and writer. Expert in local development and the evolving roles of civil society. Former Minister and former Regional Council President, leader of several development initiatives, and an active practitioner in the field of strategic intelligence.
Dr. Mohamed Buheji
Founder of the International Institute of Inspiration Economy and the Inspiration Economy Theory. An expert in excellence, change leadership, and knowledge management, he applies concepts of interconnectivity and social engineering through specialised laboratories that seek to advance competitiveness and coexistence across the Arab world.
Assessment and Certificates
The certificate is not the centre of the Forum — but it should represent learning that has actually been demonstrated.
- Official certificates are awarded to participants who pass the approved assessment or assessments at the end of the workshops, in accordance with the Academy’s established requirements.
- The applied project and final presentation represent additional practical outputs of the experience and should not be confused with a simple certificate of attendance.
Participation and assessment requirements will be included in the official registration information.
Impact Begins After the Forum
The final presentation is not the end of the project. It marks the beginning of implementation and learning from reality.
- Projects will be followed up after the Forum with the lead trainer and supporting assistants.
- Follow-up will review what was implemented, what encountered difficulties, and what may require adjustment, partnership, or a new decision.
- The implementation schedule and follow-up mechanism will be announced to participants according to the final plan.
What we promise: meaningful follow-up of the projects. What we do not claim: that sustainable impact happens automatically simply because someone attended the Forum.

Do I need to have attended the Self-Leadership or Family Leadership forums?
No. The progressive leadership journey adds value for previous participants, but the 13th Forum is also designed for suitable leaders, initiative owners, and professionals who have not attended the earlier levels. The Forum will provide sufficient context to understand the overall journey.
Do I need to arrive with a fully developed project?
No. You may come with an issue, a problem, or an initial idea. The experience is designed to help you clarify it and develop a project or intervention that can be tested.
Is the Forum a series of lectures?
No. The experience combines focused input, workshops, teamwork, application, feedback, networking, and project presentations.
How will networking work?
The registration form asks what you offer, what you are looking for, and what issue you are working on. A networking plan will be built around participant data, and the organisational mechanism will be shared with registered participants.
Will there be follow-up after the Forum?
Yes. Projects will be followed up with the lead trainer and supporting assistants. The follow-up process and schedule will be announced to participants.
How do I receive the official certificate?
The official certificate is awarded to participants who pass the approved assessment or assessments at the end of the workshops, in accordance with the Academy’s established requirements.
Can I participate without staying at the hotel?
Yes. A participation option without accommodation is available.
Do you have a Code of Conduct?
Yes. The Academy has a Code of Conduct governing respectful and professional participation. Relevant provisions will be communicated as part of the Forum arrangements.
How were the facilitators selected?
They are selected on the basis of practical and field experience and their ability to contribute meaningfully to the learning experience — not on titles alone.
